common questions
How do I restore a purchase?
On the membership screen, tap "restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Family members can use it too if Family Sharing is enabled for the purchase.
Where is my data kept?
On your device and in your private iCloud database. We run no servers and cannot see your diary. Details in the privacy policy.
How do I export everything?
settings → your sky → export your sky. You'll get a ZIP with machine-readable JSON, your photos, and your scribbles.
How do I delete everything?
settings → about → delete everything. This wipes both the local copy and the iCloud copy, and it is irreversible.
Sync isn't working.
Check that you're signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is enabled for Memento in iOS Settings. Sync is quiet and can take a little while after changes; airplane mode pauses it.
